Okay, the congress voted today. Yeah sure, you say? So what, you say?
Well it has to with us. Bloggers.
They voted, and failed to pass, an act that would have excempted bloggers from following hundreds of of pages of rules by the FCC.
So...how well are you versed in FCC regs? I thought so; better get reading.

That's garbage. I guess the FCC can prosecute me if the so choose because I'm going to exercise my 1st ammendment rights whether they like it or not.
Um...FEC regs, not FCC regs. Not sure how you can violate FCC regs with a blog since they're ones who regulate radio bandwidth. But I'm sure there's a way. The FCC also the group who says that you can't say f$#k on the radio or show sex on network TV. They also try to regulate the content of cable and satellite TV as well as satellite radio but those rules are only voluntarily followed since they are subscription services, thus content cannot be regulated.
As for the FEC losers, they now consider all of your politcal commentaries as contributions to various political groups who share that view.
